Rule for New Records in Mint condition : Unopened and Unplayed records are returnable up to 15 days after purchase. Refund to original payment method. Delivery is paid by the customer.

Rule for Second Hand Record : Returnable up to 15 days after purchase, refund in store credit. Delivery is paid by the customer.
